2. Account & Access

Using TimeHaven requires:

• Account Creation: You must create an account and connect your team's calendars
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Accurate Information: You must provide and maintain accurate account information
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

3. Acceptable Use

When using TimeHaven, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harm our systems, infrastructure, or reputation
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell our service
• Use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with other users' ability to use the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Calendar Integrations & Data

TimeHaven integrates with:

• Google Calendar
• Microsoft Outlook
• Slack
• Notion

By connecting your calendar, you grant us permission to access availability data solely for providing our service.

5. Subscription & Billing

TimeHaven operates on a subscription basis:

• Monthly Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Non-Refundable: Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• Plan Changes: You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime
• Billing Cycle: Changes take effect at your next billing cycle
• Payment Failure: Non-payment may result in service suspension

6. Intellectual Property

TimeHaven retains ownership of:

• All software, content, and technology
• Branding, trademarks, and design elements
• User interface and user experience design

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written consent.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Service Availability

While we aim for continuous availability:

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

9. Account Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• Your Rights: You can stop using the service and cancel your account anytime
• Our Rights: We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Data Removal: Account data will be removed upon termination as outlined in our Privacy Policy
• Effect: Termination does not relieve payment obligations for services already provided

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

TimeHaven is provided "as is" and "as available":

• We make no warranties regarding reliability, performance, or suitability
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these may not apply to you

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time:

• Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice
• Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms
• If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TimeHaven operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
